Yes, printing with NonOilen is as easy as PLA. More detailed information can be found here.
The buildplate must be very well cleaned with IPA. Please use PVA gluestick (Kores/UHU) or 3dLac. Recommended temperature are 195/190 °C and 50 °C on hotbed. Same speed as PLA. Fan speed 50-100% depending on the power of your fan. There is no need to use raft. We use only skirt, but brim should be no problem. The painting wasn’t tried as it is a brand-new material and the post-processing methods are not usually tested. Yes, the planter is an ideal application.
This means that it is biodegraded from 100 % in compost without remaining any microparticles smaller than 2 mm which would be harmful to the environment. This material is stable and doesn’t degrade during processing or usage. For more information, have a look at our learning videos, we explain the differences from so-far-known bioplastics.
Yes, you can. But to be sure that the material will resist chemicals for a longer time, use more perimeters and top/bottom layers.
